Yes, apache user have access to the db file

Did you check if your apache user has the right to access your Spatialite db ?

I am experiencing issues in the last days with my Lizmap server (Lizmap Version: 3.4pre.190808 / QGIS Server version: 3.14.1 / OS: Ubuntu Linux 18.04.6)
When i would like visualize a project, it freezes «loading map», i see in the top left corner oft he screen a message like «Service non disponible!»
This happen only with project using layers based on Spatialite db (before it was always working well).
