[Lizmap] New plugin version 3.8.0 for QGIS desktop

Hi everyone,

Related to these last changes in the layer panel, with these dropdown menus, one issue has been fixed in 3.8.2.
So please upgrade, otherwise, some configuration were lost about the source of popup : auto, qgis, lizmap, form.
The user experience is better now with icons, tooltips and proper labels :)
