[Lizmap] a specific wms layer that works on qgis makes lizmap freeze on the charging map page

Hi,
I have done several tests and there is nothing to do.
Is it possible that the Marche Region has been stopping eastern europe
connection for a few months for security reasons. My server company is
stored in Lithuania. This could explain the fact that I have had this
problem only for a few months now.
