[Lizmap] Show and hide layers via popup

A possible solution could be made using lizmap event
https://docs.lizmap.com/current/en/publish/customization/javascript.html
with lizmappopupdisplayed you can run code when a popup is displayed
with the input hidden element with class 'lizmap-popup-layer-feature-id'
you can know which layer/feature is opened
