the problem with printing was partly due to the printing template. 

With a new, simple print template, the print menu now appears but no (PDF) file is created (see sample project).

But nice new feature's with the rotation and the popup content.

Hi,

should question or bugs about the alpha version here in the mailing list or normal under github.

It seems that printing does not work. After selecting the button only another small button without menu appears in the graphic [1]. Or is there something else to consider. Project and layout were set in the plugin.

Is there a schedule for alpha 2. Then we just wait a bit.

Thanks for the feedbacks and for testing.

I don't replicate for now about the legend issue. We have done some manual and automatic testing about this feature.

For single symbols, the symbol should be displayed automatically https://demo.snap.lizmap.com/lizmap_3_7/index.php/view/map?repository=features <https://demo.snap.lizmap.com/lizmap_3_7/index.php/view/map?repository=features&project=cats> &project=cats

If your layer is categorized, or rule based, you should have a list under the layer name, like

Can you share your table and/or QML with my in private ? What kind of legend is it ?

Did you use the option hide legend image ? Do you use the same CFG file between your instances, or do you rewrite it using the proper server in the first panel ?

For the third issue, I think there is a work in progress on the Lizmap Web Client side.

The work is done in the QGIS desktop and server plugin to support it. Partially supported for now.

Let's see with alpha 2 when we will release it ;-)

With "QGIS HTML maptip" and "Copy the DragDrop form layout" it works. 

Here I noticed a peculiarity with 1:n relationships. If you want to display these relations only in a 2nd tab [5], they are also always displayed in the first [6] tab. Apparently you can't change this by the html-code.

Overall, I am very pleased that Lizmap is being developed so actively. Many thanks to all involved.

Hi Lizmap users,

We, 3Liz team, are pleased to announce the release of the first alpha version of Lizmap Web Client 3.7

The release is available here https://github.com/3liz/lizmap-web-client/releases/tag/3.7.0-alpha.1

This is a first alpha. It is made for tests, not for production. We're aware that this version still contains bugs, but we'd be pleased to get back any issues.

To be able to run this version of Lizmap Web Client, you need :
* QGIS Server 3.16 minimum, check the latest monthly bugfix release on the QGIS roadmap
* Lizmap QGIS Server plugin 2.8.0 minimum
* QGIS project files targeting at least Lizmap Web Client 3.4 to be displayed

The majors features of this version are :
* Refactoring of the legend:
  * Add checkbox in the legend to enable/disable some symbols within the layer
  * Add symbols of the legend item by default for all layers and rendering rules
  * Group project-background-color to display the default background color
  * Use any base layer as a background, the usage of legacy keywords osm-mapnik etc. is now deprecated
  * These new background layers must be in a group called baselayers.
* Partially migrate the map from OpenLayers 2 to OpenLayers 7
