What is your version of QGIS desktop in your QGS files ?

QGS files version 3.34 have not been fully tested indeed, but we are 
keen for feedbacks.

What do you mean by WMS layers are not displayed ? Is the legend OK ? 
Can you check your console in your webbrowser ? You should see some HTTP 
requests using your WMS layer.
