[Lizmap] is caching working?

HI all,

I'm looking for some confirmation (or not) about caching in LMWC that at
the moment, at least for me, is completely not working.

I described the problem almost a year ago, and had no clear answer to this
issue. A made a new comment in the ticket yesterday, that describes the
problem (which affects "normal" caching and pre-seeding as well)

Hopefully here on the list it will get more attention/traction.
