[Lizmap] is caching working?

Hi Giovanni,

I have just tested Lizmap 3.7.6 and the cache works fine for me.

My workflow is as follow:

   1. Check the layers available to cache with : php lizmap/console.php
   wmts:capabilities <repository> <project>
   2. Generate the cache with : php lizmap/console.php wmts:cache:seed
   <repository> <project> <layers> <TileMatrixSet> <TileMatrixMin>
   <TileMatrixMax>


I have noticed that when cleaning the cache with `php lizmap/console.php
wmts:cache:clean <repository> <project> <layers>` , I get an error as
shown below, however the cache is deleted.
