[Lizmap] Dedicated Bottom at the left side of the minimised bar for Themes?

Hi

Common users are overloaded when coming to a complex map with many layers. To solve this QGIS has the Theme function. But in QGIS and as well in Lizmap the eye bottom is very small and not obvious visible for these kinds of users. I recommend to add a dedicated bottom, e.E. to the left side minimized bar, over which the Themes can easy selected.
