[Lizmap] empty basemap

Hello everyone,

I am using version 3.7.9 of Lizmap and 3.22.4 of QGIS Server. With this 
new version of Lizmap, I am unable to integrate an empty basemap. This 
feature is deprecated in this version.

If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate it.
