[Lizmap] Map publishing blocked since Lizmap version 3.6

Hi Lorenzo,

It seems that your QGIS Server does not load plugins.
The request 
http://your_apache_host/apache_cgi_fcgi_path/qgis_mapserv.fcgi/lizmap/server.json 
seems to return the message {\"code\":\"Bad request 
error\",\"description\":\"Invalid request\"} with code 400.

Do you have some messages about loading plugins in QGIS Server logs ?

You will also need to add this ENV:
FcgidInitialEnv QGIS_SERVER_LIZMAP_REVEAL_SETTINGS True
