[OSGeo-Discuss] Request for Information (RFI) Geospatial Line of Business

If no one minds, I can fill in some information for discussion over the next
few days.  My experience interacting with federal GIS data is mainly limited
to the DOD realm, but as far as large multi-faceted bureaucracies goes you
can't get much bigger...
