A note for everyone who posts times, if you're posting for a weekly
meeting, the best thing to do is to just use UTC, and post a time where
everyone syncs against that.

You can do this by just setting only the time fields in the fixedtime url:

http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?hour=8&min=0&sec=0

When the other values are left blank, they will default to the current
day. So when daylight savings time hits, you can continue to check the
same link, and it will give you the correct time. The problem was that
most of the times were also hinged to a date, so when time changes hit
they didn't update appropriately. Leaving off the date will make it so
the times update for the section of the world you're in. So with this
method you should be able to just post the meeting time once, instead of
updating week after week.

hope this helps,

Chris
