Since Local Chapter Guidelines available
at http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/Local_Chapter_Guidelines
is official now, I think it can be shown on
the OSGeo Main Website.

Can anyone move the Guideline document to an appropriate
place. Will be away from Internet next week.
