Tyler,

As per the http://www.fossgis.de/osgeo/index.php/Membership_Process
document, we will have a voting period.  Each existing member gets
10 votes to be distributed amoung the nominations as they see fit.
Votes are sent to the Chicago at osgeo.org alias again.

Since we are late posting the nominations, we will likely extend the
voting deadline a few days.
