[OSGeo-Discuss] OsGeo Matrix Feature

Hi,

such a functionality matrix would be nice. Probably the Jolma et al 2006
paper at iEMSs (http://www.iemss.org/iemss2006/papers/w13/pp.pdf)
could be a starting point. I think of taking Fig. 1 as base for grouping
the applications. This would segment the wealth of software products
available out there.
