Hey Tom,

Why did you not nominate yourself for this round or try ot get someone 
to nominate you? I saw that you're even the one who proposed Mike Adair 
and JF Doyon, you should have sent your own name too, I'm sure you would 
have been selected. If I had known I would have been happy to nominate 
you... anyway, I guess you'll have to wait for next round now...
