Mail List changes

Greetings everyone. We have migrated (for the last time I hope) to  
the Collabnet server. The list addresses have been changed and all of  
you sbscribed to the addresses that you were on (including digest  
subscribers). Here again are the new addresses to send email.

announce at mail.osgeo.org - OSGeo Foundation announcements (moderated)
mse-users at mail.osgeo.org - MapGuide open source user discussion

The address for voting chicago at osgeo.org has also been pointed to Laura.

The site is also up and running at www. osgeo.org. There is still  
some work to do, so pardon out dust as the board makes the decisions  
required to boot the foundation.
