That announcement was sent out prematurely by mistake by Autodesk.  It is
not available yet, but they say will be in the next week, along with the new
web site.  The older version and web site can still be found here:

But How Can I Download MapGuide Open Source 1.0, the Page is Password
Protected, and my username , password does not allow enter the Project
MapGuide Open Source.
