Vector rendering status?

Paul and Anselm,
Where are you at with regards to vector rendering code?

I'm planning to start coding in the next day or two and want to fit in 
with what has already been done.

Bertil and Pierre plan to commit their code to SVN today.

I'm hoping to review both code bases and make recommendations on how we 
can merge them into one.

I'm assuming all the code is in the OpenLayers sandbox?
