Incubation process: Code provenance

Hi,
there is some work to do I am afraid. We have to go through a code review.
I'll start to learn how we can organize this process. Please read into:

and look at GDAL:
http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/GDAL_Provenance_Review
as an example. Most of this job is oure routine. Most of our code will not
be any problem. ConfTree might, this has to  be checked. wz_jsgraphics.js
is being used my many other projects - still we will have to check.

We (at least some of us) will have to meet to discuss these things. I
propose this week wednesday.
