z-index: measuring didn't work with meetingPoint and highlightPOI

Hello,

the measuring did't work in combination with meetingPoint and
highlightPOI because the z-index of the the div named permanent was
higher than the z-index of the the measuring buttons.

This error is fixed in the moduls.
