new Modul

Hello devs,

there is a new javascripts-Modul mod_setPOI2Scale.php

You get a description in the WIKI:

And an example in the GUI:

I integrated it also in the GUI gui_241 where the new treeGDE2 is used. 
Unfortunartely it didn't work with this trreeGDE. Melchior could you 
please have a look why it doesn't work together?

It does not correspond with the resizeMapsize-Modul. After zooming on 
the POINT the resize Mapsize zooms back to the full extent. Marco - 
maybe you can have a look.
