[Mapbender-dev] Show the Legend in the map

Hi, I want to load the legend in my map, but I can´t. I think the problem
maybe for this:

http://localhost/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?map=C:/ms4w/apps/mapbender2/map/mymap.map&version=1.1.1&service=WMS&request=GetLegendGraphic&layer=department&format=image/png

I would like to have an example like the germany map file. I have found some
examples in the page of mapserver but I would like to have one to be able to
use it in mapbender with regard to the legend configuration.
