Back to the basics ...

Mapbender throws an error when uploading a wms with getCapabilities
that have no getfeatureinfo element (optional in the wms specs):
error: ERROR: null value in column "wms_getfeatureinfo" violates
not-null constraint ROLLBACK performed...

Seems pretty the same problem as described in Ticket #8
(http://trac.osgeo.org/mapbender/ticket/8) on another table/column
(wms_getfeatureinfo against gui_wms_featureinfoformat).

Does anything speak against dropping the not-null constraint on this column?
