[Mapbender-dev] Set Scale in format EPSG:4326

Hi,

there is no possibility to calculate the scale in 4326 with js in mapbender yet. 
Set the scalehints (minscale/maxscale) to zero (in the gui-wms configuration) 
and let the mapservice deal with the scalehints instead of mapbender...
