[Mapbender-dev] workgroup GDE: treeGDE2 - multilanguage for the contextmenue

Hello devs,

there is a request for multilanguage in the new treeGDE2. The text in 
the context menu (Move up, Move down, Hide...)  should be configurable.

At the moment the text is set in the mod_treefolder2.php

How can we solve it:
- element vars for every entry? - that would mean another 8 element vars
- treeGDE2.conf-file: file where the textes can be defined, only one 
element var to include the conf-file (similar to the solution of the 
element digitize - see element var: digitize_conf_filename)

What do you think?
