 RIGHT-CLICK AND DOWNLOAD'''! This will download the HTML site you see when
 you follow the link. Download at the bottom of that page, "Download in
 other formats: Original Format"

 2) To apply the patch, use Eclipse and follow these instructions
 http://www.mapbender.org/index.php/Release_guide#applying_a_patch

 If you know how to apply the patch via command line, let me know because I
 have never done that and I'm curious.
