AW: [Mapbender-dev] Transparent PNG's in IE

Hi Christoph, 

i installed Mapbender 2.4.2 and replaced the two files but i did not
notice any effect again. I also did not notice any effect between the
normal 2.4.2 version and the version after the replacement. 

I tested the new function about the dynamic opacity. That was the
result: 

100% opacity
