[Mapbender-dev] GSoC 2008

At the moment OSGeo has been granted 20 slots in this years summer of 
code, so I'm optimistic we actually get two students to work on 
Mapbender this summer. Beware this is not the final outcome of the 
application process. This final results are in on Monday.
