[Mapbender-dev] Code Conventions revisited

Lars and I did a quick review of the code conventions. There are only a 
few additions and corrections. Thanks to Lars for his help.

If you are a developer (not the wildest guess as this is the developer's 
list) and have never taken a look at the conventions, make sure to read it.

If you have anything to contribute to this section, please feel free to 
do so. This section is imho important to allow a fast integration of new 
developers, like the students from Google Summer of Code.
