The possibility to add WFS is welcome. It's nice just to include a GML 
styled with SLD into a context.

And ContextCollection are indeed powerful, I was wondering if it was a 
good idea to use a context collection for Mapbender as well, to store 
both overview and mapframe1 (and possibly additional maps).

Is there a spec for OWS context? I could only find WMC 1.1 on the 
mentioned sites.
