[Mapbender-dev] New module mapdiv (Mapbender without iframes)

At the recent development sprint nimix and I worked on an improved map 
module. The difference is, that it will be a div, and no longer an iframe.

There are still some modules we need to adjust in order to work with new 
map module. One challenge is, for example, the change from absolute 
positioning (within a frame) to a relative positioning (relative to the 
div). Nimix and I consider this to be another day or two.

If you have any questions on this module or the implied changes, please 
reply on-list.

In my opinion we should replace the existing map module mapframe1 by 
this new module. I will add a motion about this in the near future, so 
please make sure you are well informed if you plan to vote on the motion.
