[Mapbender-dev] move the new print module to trunk

Hello Michael, hello devs,

Just a notice

I will try to move the new print module from Michael and Christoph to
trunk in the next days. The solution is very cool.

The one think that is still missing is the scalebar. We should discuss,
when and how we can get the scalebar into the print.
