[Mapbender-dev] jQuery Growl module to replace alerts

Hi there,

I came up with a new module that replaces the alert message by growl 
messages [1]. Add the module to your trunk application and let me know.

The module is based on jGrowl [2]. My module just overwrites the 
window.alert function and directs the message to jGrowl.
