[Mapbender-dev] Module Tooltip Demo

Hi Devs,

I'm testing the tooltip module a little bit and it works really
nicely. I have noticed a peculiar behaviour in conjunction with other
mb_popups:

When hovering over a feature in the mapframe the bubble appears nicely
and if i sty in the bubble everything is ok if i leave the bubble, the
bubble is removed. When you have created another mb-popup e.g. by a
featureinfo request and that popup covers a part of the map, then if
you stay (with the mousepointer) in the popup but over the map, the
tooltip request is also triggered.

Hm, strange. Why is it not happening in the tooltips own popup but
only with other popups? Do we need to stop the propagation of the
mouse events for the popups globally?
