Comment:

 The WFS config IDs were added in wfsConfIdString "8,17". The problem was
 that config "8" was not loaded into the application. The WFS Config class
 didn't succeed in loading the following configs ("17"). The solution was a
 foreach loop, instead of of a for loop.
