I would suggest that we start implementing a resource, maybe the "user" 
resource. It would not be good if SoC was used exclusively on planning. 
We should have some working code to build upon. Otherwise it will be 
hard to pick up after SoC has ended. As it's only a few more weeks, we 
should focus on getting things done we have already started.
