Hello,

the first public Mapebnder3-Code is now availabe at Github
(https://github.com/mapbender/mapbender-starter).

If you want to apply for write access you will need a Github-account. If
you only want to use the code you can do this without an account.

In the next days we will work on the documentation and give some more
input on the development.
