Generally I'm fine with the current setting. The proposed time would
interfere with the BonnXP meetup, but that's only once a month, so it's
not a blocker. So anything after 1800 is fine for me.

I think a problem has been that people didn't focus on the meeting, but
were also busy with other stuff. Moving it to 1900 could remove that
symptom and lead to less idle-time.
