[Mapbender_dev] new SQL file for Mapbender 2.7.2

Hello devs,

I created a new SQL file for the SQLs for Mapbender 2.7.2

You find the files in trunk and branches/2.7


../resources/db/pgsql/UTF-8/update/update_2.7.1_to_2.7.2_pgsql_UTF-8.sql

The files are integrated in the instal.sh and install.bat and update.sh
and update.bat in trunk and branches/2.7

If you have any changes for Mapbender 2.7.2 please add the SQLs to this file.
