[Mapbender-dev] PSC Resignation

Dear Mapbender_dev,

I am unclear on wether my ending my Position Mapbender Chair implies
also giving up membership in the Mapbender PSC, so I doing that 
seperately.

I am hereby giving up my membership in the Mapender PSC.
