[Mapbender-dev] apply for reincubation for Mapbender3 at OSGeo

Hello devs,

thanks Thomas for your feedback. Let us go for reincubation for Mapbender3.

If we want to go for reincubation we have to check the incubation page and
apply for incubation.

I think it makes sense to reincubate and check whether we still follow the
guidelines.

I will talk to the incubation team at FOSS4G and will report news.

Is there someone who would like to support me in the incubation process?
