[Mapbender-users] the mapbender installation stuck on half way

go into the DB and look for table mb_user and then user root. there is 
afield called mb_user_login_count. Set this field back to zero.

short description: it is increased by one everytime you do a failing 
login. After 4 tries your account ist deactivated....

then try again with root/root
