Hi,
thanks for your interest. A lot of testing has to be done for Mapbender 
2.4. Testing can be done both Online on wms1.ccgis.de/mapbender_dev and 
with local installations. RC1 is not yet ready to ship, hopefully the 
package will be ready this afternoon.
