newbie, unable to add wms

I am unable to add a WMS service (http://www2.tetonwyo.org/wms) to
mapbender. I get "Error: no valid capabilities document..."

The server is running Mapserver. A GetCapabilites request returns the
results pasted below. I am able to add this service to Mapbuilder,
MapInfo and ArcGIS, so I suspect I am doing something wrong, but I do
not know how, or where, to begin debugging the error.
