Good hint! IE7 is working like it should.

Well, I put the MB-Site to the trusted sites and it was working. Now I 
have to fiddle out which settings are necessary.

For Opera it seems to be an security setting related problem too...

Conclusion:

Firefox, IE6 (still tranparent pngproblems), IE7, Netscape and Opera
are working like they should.
