Mapbender is not really compatible to Opera (mainly the old tree ccauses 
problems, don't know about tree2).
I know of at least one person, who fixed this with an older mapbender 
version.

Maybe due to local (and I guess standard!) security settings of your IE 
7, we have tested with IE7 and everything went well.
