[Mapbender-users] upload wms

Hallo,

hinter dem getCap-Link steckt in wirklichkeit die mapserv.exe, aber zum
download - sie wird nciht ausgeführt. Da stimmt irgendwas mit der webserver
konfiguration nicht.
