[Mapbender-users] Question about layer with own data (newbie!)

Hallo,

 

wir planen für eine interaktive Karte über die Einsätze von
Hilfsorganisationen in Afrika. Ich würde die technische Umsetzung betreuen,
bin aber noch recht unerfahren in der Einsetzung von Web-GIS-Systemen. Ich
habe Mapbender installiert, und demis Worldmap eingebunden. Jetzt meine
Frage: Bei welchem Service können wir unsere Daten auf eigenen Layern
hinterlegen, so wie das auf der Startseite von www.Mapbender.org mit den
Mapbender users online gemacht wurde. Hier wird auf den Dienst
http://wms1.ccgis.de
<http://wms1.ccgis.de/cgi-bin/mapserv?map=/data/umn/mapbender_user/mapbender

/vnd.ogc.se_inimage>  zugegriffen. Kann man sich dort anmelden? Meine erste
Vermutung war, dass wir einen eigenen Mapserver oder WFS benötigen würden,
aber das muss nicht sein, oder?

 

Für eine Antwort wäre ich sehr dankbar.

We as an NGO plan to use an interactive map for displaying the projects of
welfare organisations in Africa. I will do the technical part. As I’m not
familiar with GIS systems I want to ask one question. Is there a service
which can host our layers for the specific data where the health
organisations are located or do we have to setup a server for that? I
managed to setup Mapbender with the demis Worldmap on our server. On your
